- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1.5 scoops of vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of almonds
- 1.5 cups water / coconut milk / almond milk/ or dairy milk
Very simple directions. All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients together well in a blender! And that’s it. Enjoy your smoothie!
