Oatmeal & Banana Shake Recipe

Now that we are coming into winter, foods / shakes which are warming and cozy (so to speak) are ideal for these conditions. So are you looking for a delicious recipe for your shakes for this time of the year? Then our awesome Oatmeal & Banana Shake recipe will surely not disappoint.


  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 scoops of vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of almonds
  • 1.5 cups water / coconut milk / almond milk/ or dairy milk


Very simple directions. All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients together well in a blender! And that’s it. Enjoy your smoothie!
